Fast, Free Bike Shipping

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 US states on all bikes that we ship. And yes, that includes Washington, DC.

Shipping to AK/HI is available at additional charge (it costs us a ton to ship there, unfortunately).

Bikes are shipped fully assembled in a large bike box as home delivery. You should be able to be up and riding in about five minutes after opening the box.

Here's what it looks like when we build your bike and send it off from our bike shop:

After you place your order, it typically takes 3-4 business days for us to build your bike. We build bikes in the order that orders come in, so this depends on how many orders we already have lined up. For most of the lower 48, you’ll typically get your bike 4-5 business days after the build is complete, depending on the state.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll always be able to call us to check on your bike if for some reason that's ever necessary.

Packages are sent as home delivery.

A tracking number will be provided when the package is picked up by the shipping company from Airpark Bike Co.

Where Our Bikes Ship From

We don’t advertise any bikes as in stock until we actually have them on site in Arizona. We don’t drop ship any bikes from other locations, so there are no surprises, like finding out that the bike you ordered is somewhere in China.

Special Order & Pre-Order Bikes

For many brands, we offer special order or pre-order bikes, including the ability to request a size or color that's not currently in stock at our shop. If you place a special order bike, the process is a little different, and the delivery time on those is longer. These will typically also qualify for free shipping.
