Did you order the wrong item? Need a different sized tire? No problem, we are here to help! We offer a 90 day return policy with all purchases, based on the day we shipped your order.

How to Make a Return

Contact us directly to start the return process. After approving your return, we will provide you with a shipping label.

Please don’t send us any items without getting approval first.

Return Policy - Products Other Than Bikes

We accept returns within 90 days from your ship date.

Returned items must fit the following requirements:

  • Be new and unused
  • Include all original manufacturer packaging, include boxes, tags, booklets, etc.
  • Include all original accessories, attachments, hardware, etc
  • Be properly packaged in a shipping box, in addition to the original manufacturer packaging.

Return Policy - Bikes and Frames

Please contact us first and be sure that your bike fits the following requirements:

  • Is new, unridden, or not installed (in the case of bike frames)
  • Has no damage, scratches, broken or missing components, or other indications of wear
    • An exception to this is bikes or frames that were damaged in shipping and brought to our attention as soon as you received the product, and have not been ridden, used, or installed
  • Is in new condition and hasn’t been subjected to the elements in any way
  • Not an ex-demo bike. Demo bikes are not returnable and non-refundable.

Restocking fees do apply to bikes and frames. Complete bikes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Frames will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To return a bike or frame, you’ll need to ship it back in the same original, oversized box as shipped from Airpark Bike Co. If you no longer have the box or it's been destroyed, you can purchase a new box and have it shipped to your address for $99.

Bonus products that came with your bike

Some bikes and frames may come with free or discounted bonus products. If you've received any free or discounted products with the purchase of a bike or frame, you may be required to return them with the bike, for example if the product is pre-installed on the bike.

When contacting us to initiate your return, please tell us if you are interested in keeping any bonus products. If you keep them, the difference between the price of the product as sold individually and what you paid for it will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Returned bonus products must be unused, shipped back in the same packaging you received them in, and include all original packaging, tags, labels, booklets, and other accessories that you received them with.

Do not ever remove pre-installed bonus products from the bike.
