We offer free shipping to all 50 states on all bikes that we ship.
Bikes are shipped fully assembled in a large bike box as home delivery. You should be able to be up and riding in about five minutes after opening the box.
After you place your order, it typically takes 3-4 business days for us to build your bike. We build bikes in the order that orders come in, so this depends on how many orders we already have lined up. For most of the lower 48, you’ll typically get your bike 4-5 business days after the build is complete, depending on the state.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’ll always be able to call us to check in on your bike if for some reason that is ever necessary.
Packages are sent as home delivery.
A tracking number will be provided when the package is picked up from Airpark Bike Co.
Local Pickup products
Some products on our website are marked as local pickup only. For local pickup products, you’ll have to visit our store to get it.
We don’t advertise any bikes as in stock until we actually have them on site in Arizona. We don’t drop ship any bikes from other locations, so there are no surprises like finding out that the bike you ordered is somewhere in China.
Expedited Shipping for Online Bike Orders
For expedited shipping, please call the store or fill out the form below before placing your order.
Our staff will be able to tell you if the bike is available for expedited shipping, and if you can expect your bike to arrive in time for your race, event, trip, gift, etc. We’ll work with you to ensure you get your gear on time, if at all possible.
We’ll still need to build your bike unless it’s been on display in one of the stores, so we may not be able to send it out the same day. We can do 1-day or 2-day air on everything, including bikes.
We will apply credit to expedited shipping equal to the cost of our standard, free shipping method. Contact our team to find out the price difference for your address and your timeline to get expedited shipping.
After discussing with our staff, you can pay for the bike and expedited shipping online.
