You need a place to store your bike when you’re not riding it. It’s always best to keep it indoors if you have the space. Just make sure the set-up is safe and practical. Then you won’t damage your home or ride. These are your options for floor, wall, and ceiling storage.

On the Floor

Metal Floor Rack – This is mostly used outside, but you can make it work inside. Get one with multiple slots for multiple family members or roommates.

Height Adjustable Floor Rack – It has two pulleys for the top and bottom of the tire. Adjust them once your bike is in the rack to hold it in place.

Spring-Loaded Cradle – Roll your bike into the cradle and tip it forward to rest against the spring support.

Adjustable Stand – It’s light and foldable for one bike. You can move it from place to place or store it away.

On the Wall

Vertical Rack – Wheel your bike forward and upward until the rack cups both wheels. Some racks also keep your bike against the wall to save space.

Hook – Get one or two to hold up your bike by the wheels. They’re really affordable and easy to install.

On the Ceiling

Pulley System – Just hook up your bike and raise it up to the ceiling. Some pulleys also keep your bike sideways, which is best for low ceilings.

Ceiling Rack – There are multiple sliding supports to hang your bike by both wheels.
