You get the same frame as the SB100, but with more front and rear travel, more trail-oriented build kits, a new upper link, and a longer stroke shock.

Start with 30% sag or 13.5mm of shock stroke for optimal pedaling efficiency and terrain compliance. You can go slightly above or below 32% to suit your preference. Be sure to set it at your normal riding weight, gear included.
PF92 (92mm) bottom bracket and only wide "q" factor cranks. This bike readily works with Shimano, SRAM, and RaceFace cranks. You have to do a fit check for other brands.
130mm fork. You can run up to 150mm. It will slacken the head and seat tube angles and raise the bottom bracket. You can also run a shorter fork. It will steepen the head and seat tube angles and lower the bottom bracket.
It depends on your inseam. You can run any travel as long as you're above the minimum insert mark, your tires don't rub on your saddle, and your dropper doesn't bottom out in the frame. low your tire rubs on your saddle. Yeti runs 125mm drop on XS/S frames, 150mm drop on M, and 175mm drop on L/XL.
It's possible but not recommended. These bikes are similar in geometry, they have significant engineering differences. A safe conversion is complicated and potentially dangerous.
Some parts from Fox, Shimano, SRAM and other brands are standardized. Check with a mechanic to make sure your parts are the correct standard. And make sure they're correctly and securely mounted to the bike without any interference.
