A cross-country race bike hits the trails in the AIR 9. It's lightweight, snappy, and durable. The aluminum frame offers maximum comfort and stiffness, and incredible pedaling power. It comes in single-speed and geared options.

The Air 9 comes in just one build kit, the 2-STAR SRAM SX EAGLE, and in only one color combination (silver + Baja Blue). It's also available as a frame only option and in an RDO version.

  • What's the warranty on this bike?

    Niner bikes purchased after Sept 1, 2019 include a limited lifetime frame warranty for the original owner. Niner branded components purchased after January 1, 2017 are also covered by a 5-year limited warranty. You must register your product with Niner to be eligible for warranty coverage.   • How do I know what size Niner Air 9 to get?

    The 2022 Air 9 comes in sizes XS through XL. For riders from 5'0" to 5'5", size XS is recommended. For riders from 5'3" to 5'9", the size Small frame is recommended. For riders from 5'8" to 6'0", size Medium should be a good fit. Riders from 5'11" to 6'3" should find Large to be a good fit. Size XL is for rides 6'3" to 6'7". If you're in between sizes, we recommend demoing the bike at a bike shop.

  • Does the 2022 Niner Air 9 come in women's sizes?

    Although the sizes aren't broken up by gender, this bike is a good fit for many women. Many mountain bike models unfortunately have sizing too large for many women, but the Air 9 is an exception. Size XS should work great for women starting at 5 feet tall, and size S is for riders 5'3" to 5'9".
