How Preorder Products Work
For some brands, we have pre-order products available. All pre-order products are clearly marked on the website.
Pre-order bikes
For preorder bikes, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
Here's how pre-ordering a bike works:
- Add product to cart
- Pay for the product. Your order is 100% refundable at this stage.
- After you pay, we will contact the manufacturer and verify availability.
- Once we are given a ship date from the brand, we will contact you for final approval. After you approve the order, it is non-refundable.
- We'll notify you when we receive the product or have an update on the estimated delivery date.
- We'll build your bike in our shop.
- We'll ship your bike out and send you a tracking code.
- The bike is delivered to your shipping address via home delivery.
FAQs
A preorder product means that we don't have the product stocked in our stores or warehouses. After you place your order, if we don't have any incoming inventory we'll place an order with the manufacturer for the necessary stock.
All preorder products should be delivered within 30 days, typically within 3 weeks or less. We'll typically provide an update within 24 hours after you place your order.
If you change your mind before we confirm the order with the manufacturer, we'll give you a 100% refund.
After the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, normal refund policies apply.
Yes, financing is available for preorder bikes as normal.
No, we don't have any additional fees for preorder products.
